Offham Primary School is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Stage Two leader with a clear vision for how to move our vibrant school forward to maintain Outstanding under the new Ofsted Framework. 

Our new Key Stage Two leader will drive their team forward from the top, therefore a proven track record of strong teaching in either Year 6 or Upper KS2 is an essential requirement of this post.

Our new leader will also be supported in their role through the addition of a TLR payment and dedicated non-contact leadership time. They will be part of the school's strategic leadership team and work with the headteacher, deputy headteacher and school Governors to continue to develop their Key Stage.

Offham Primary is a rural school with 7 classes and is located approximately 3 miles from the town of West Malling. The school serves a supportive community of children and parents, who are enthusiastic about learning and leading their school. We have a keen interest in outdoor learning and future environmental sustainability.

We have an attractive school site with large classrooms and dedicated outdoor learning areas, including our amazing Forest School base. Our school is well equipped in all aspects of the curriculum with a school library, well-being room, and mini buses to use for trips. There is a very supportive PTA and Governing Body. Innovative teaching and traditional values are combined to give children an excellent primary education.
