We are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated experienced teacher to join our dedicated, enthusiastic staff. Their experience must be rooted in Early Years with a passionate, child centred approach to learning. This job would particularly suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their leadership journey. You could be an aspiring Ealy Years Leader or someone who is already in post.  

The successful applicant will have:

  • An imaginative and creative approach to learning
  • Ambition to raise standards
  • The ability to create a stimulating learning environment both inside and outside
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment.
  • A clear knowledge of how to document children's play and learning
  • A positive, proactive, flexible and creative approach to your teaching including the use of the outdoor environment.
  • A high expectation of children's learning and behaviour.
  • An ability to work as part of a team and join in fully with the life of our school
    and our community.
  • An ability to liaise effectively with parents, Governors, preschool providers and Early Years colleagues in the Local Learning Community.
  • The ability to confidently lead other members of staff, working with the Senior Leadership Team to continue our school journey towards outstanding.
