Teacher of Latin  

Required September 2022 

Permanent, up to 0.4 fte

We are looking for an inspiring individual to teach Latin to our highly motivated students. You should be a good Honours graduate and be able to teach post 16 to the highest academic level. 

 

Languages enjoy a central place within our internationally minded curriculum.  All students study Latin alongside Spanish or French in Years 7-9. They continue with at least one language to GCSE and as part of the IB Diploma in the Sixth Form.  Students achieve excellent outcomes at GCSE and in the internationally recognised IB Diploma.  Experience of teaching the IB is not essential. Training will be offered as required.   

 

The School offers an extensive professional development programme for all staff supporting: induction, leadership development and well-being.
