We are looking for a highly efficient, friendly and reliable Pastoral Manager & FLO to provide a wide range of support for pupils, parents/carers and staff at our school. 

To apply for this position, you would have already had experience of a similar role, either within a school or school support agency and hold a counselling qualification/have counselling experience, be working towards a counselling qualification or be prepared to complete this training.

You need to be solution based, approachable, kind, flexible, determined, energetic and a positive team player as well as having excellent literacy and IT skills. You need to be able to communicate effectively with a range of different stakeholders.

In your first term you will work alongside our current, Pastoral Manager & FLO to ensure a smooth transition between professionals and families and allow a supportive induction for you.

WORKING HOURS:  8.00pm – 4:00pm (30 minute unpaid break)

INCLUDING THE EQUIVILENT OF 5 INSET DAYS

37 HOURS PER WEEK PLUS ADDITIONAL HOURS WHEN AGREED
