Platts Heath primary school is looking for a part time teacher, to teach half the week in a mixed age Key Stage 2 Class,  with the other half of the week being taught by an experienced teacher and senior leader. The position would be suitable to ECTs or teaching staff working within their first few years of teaching. Platts Heath is a small primary school near Lenham with three mixed age classes. We have recently had OFSTED and are awaiting the final report.  Platts Heath is part of the Aspire Federation and its leaders can provide training and support across all areas of the curriulum. The school is freindly, with a supprtive staff team and delightful children. The school does have a significant proprotion of SEND and we would welcome parctioners who support our inclusive and nurturing vision.

The ASPIRE Federation is a partnership of four small village primary schools in rural Kent, near the county town of Maidstone Two schools are Church of England primary schools and two are community primary schools. The ASPIRE mission statement is:
