Holy Family School is looking for an experienced and enthuisiastic person to work as the Administration Officer with Finance Reposnsibility on site at Holy Family School, Parkwood, Maidstone ME15 9PS.

This role is a shared role with a colleague who works at our partner school, More Park Catholic Primary School, West Malling ME19 6HN.  You will be permanently based at Holy Family school but may be asked to attend training at More Park.  In this instance travel expences would be paid and advance notice would be given.

Due to the shared responsibility in this role we expect the applicant to demonstrate excellent team-working and communication skills with experience of managing pressured situations.

This role involves responsibility for Holy Family and More Park day to day financial administration as well as the school's daily office administration.  The successful applicant will report to the Area Business Manager (Finance and Premises)

The permanent role is for 32.50hours,  5 days per week, term time only ( 38 weeks)

Actual gross salary based on September 2022 KR4 (£19,389) will be £14,336 per annum. 

The school will automatically enroll candidates into the workplace pension scheme. 

INSET working may be required and overtime will be paid on these occasions.

The split of roles as indicated in the Job Description ( Finance vs Admissions)  is a new role from September 2022. This will be reviewed in December 2022 and if successful will continue on a permanent basis. If not the role will revert to the successful applicant completing a smaller finance responsibility and taking on a small admissions reposnsibility; they will retain a permanent position at Holy Family. This will be discussed at interview.
