New Line Learning is looking to recruit a part time Admissions and Communications Assistant.  If you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enjoy working with various stakeholders and love the buzz of a busy team and wider organisation – this could be for you.

This postholder will be required to provide full administrative support for all in-year casual admissions, oversee the administration of the annual Year 7 intake and undertake other general administrative duties to support our families, staff and outside agencies linked to the Academy.

This is a part time position for 22.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (TTO plus Inset days and an additional 2 weeks to be worked during the summer holidays). Hours are to be worked over 3 days from 8.00am – 4.00pm each day.  Working days can be agreed with the successful candidate.

This is a key role within the school, ensuring essential support and communication is provided to current and prospective families of New Line Learning and working closely with the Office Manager and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
