We are looking for new team members to join our dedicated, supportive and successful Claremont team.

Role 2: 1:1 Teaching Support Assistant (TSA)

Are you a teaching assistant already or have the skills to become one?

Do you have the skills to work with a pupil with Special Educational Needs to support their personalised learning and social development?

You will work under the direction of an outstanding, organised and energetic class teacher; in addition, the SENCo will provide a supportive network and guidance. The support staff team is warm, welcoming and training will be provided as needed.

Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all day 

KS2 timings: morning sessions:  08:45- 12:30pm afternoon sessions 1:15pm-3:30pm this includes with a flexible break time in order to support pupil over break and the end of lunchtime support and the transition back into the class for afternoon learning. (24 hours at £19293 pro-rata)

The role is Term Time Only (38 weeks per year), and temporary until 31.08.2023 as the vacancy is linked to pupil funding; this post has the opportunity to extend past that time frame to move support as the child(ren) move through the school.
