Therapeutic Tutor

• Prepare and deliver interactive lessons to students with clear development objectives whilst embedding Well-Edu techniques for wellbeing into every lesson.
• Assess the needs of the students and ensure their learning needs are supported to advance their educational and emotional skill set.
• Create lesson reports to keep a record of progress and to update parents/carers about the student’s learning and development.
• Adhere to all policies lined out by Well-Edu including Data Protection, Safeguarding, and reporting safeguarding concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
• Develop strong professional relationships with students, parents/carers and the Well-Edu team.
• Attend training which aims to train tutors to better support students, refresh knowledge in topics such as Safeguarding and to develop individual skill sets.
• We are a non-profit - Community Interest Company - on a mission to improve wellbeing in education.
• Meeting other business needs as mutually agreeable.
