English/Maths/Science Teachers Job Description

We are looking for committed (online/ in-person/ at location) English and Maths teachers to join our experienced team. Your responsibilities will include preparing lessons, presenting learning material, tracking students' performance and homework, and regular progress meetings about the learner experience.

To be successful in the role, you should be committed to facilitating learning in a safe and supportive environment. Top-notch candidates will demonstrate a reflexive approach to teaching.

Teacher Responsibilities:

• Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students’ skills in English and Maths.
• Developing educational content such as notes, quizzes and games that suit the individual learners.
• Assigning activities to facilitate students' consolidation of learning material.
• Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students' needs.
• Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.
• Tracking and reporting on students' progress- in class assessment and homework.
• Use our business forms for tracking and monitoring progress.
• Ensuring that your equipment is in good working condition at all times.

Teacher Requirements:

• PGCS/ Teaching Qualification with QTS (mandatory).
• Enhanced DBS (current) or registered to the update service.
• Current in Safeguarding and Child Protection.
• Specialisation in English, Maths or Science (or equivalent).
• Prior experience as a classroom teacher, 2 years minimum.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam.
• Fast and stable internet connection.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Organized and attentive to students' needs.
• An enthusiasm for teaching and inspiring learners.
• Own transport to travel.
