he Education People is owned by Kent County Council and is a one-stop shop for education services, to help you improve learning, wellbeing and children’s development. We support the full age range from early years to young adults, with over 800 products and services available specific to education needs always. An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Schools Financial Services Team.

This role is primarily to manage and maintain all information systems and software to meet customer requirements and meet expected service levels.

You will be required to research, develop and ensure implementation of tools to support the financial needs of schools, academies and Schools Financial Services.

You will deputise for the Business Development Lead Officer as and when required.

You will have experience of working within a finance environment, have good written and verbal communications skills, IT skills, analytical and interpretive skills, with the ability to work as part of a team.

Excellent Microsoft Excel skills including VBA coding are essential.
