Advert

We are searching for an ambitious and engaging new Headteacher for our wonderful school who will evolve the current vision of the School and ensure that our pupils not only achieve academically but experience a happy, harmonious and safe environment.

‘Sharing, Caring and Learning Together’ have been our values for some years and we live by this on a day-to-day basis, evidenced by our emphasis on activities inside and outside of our classrooms.  Our next Headteacher will lead with integrity, creativity, resilience and clarity. He or she will have a growth mindset, applying this not only to unlocking the potential of staff and pupils but in recognising their own development journey.  In a small school, camaraderie is important and a Headteacher who is approachable, inclusive and who is prepared to roll their sleeves up is critical.

The new Headteacher will have the full support of the local community and the governing body and will benefit from the close partnerships we have with other heads within the Sevenoaks area.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make a real difference on pupils, staff and the whole village.

Our current Headteacher, Daniel Eaton, has written a letter to provide you with further information. You can read the letter here.

Our School and all its personnel are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children. This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
