Over the last two years, we have been developing our Nurture Provision at Seal and now have an established Nurture Group running every morning and afternoon. Due to the success of our current groups, we are looking to extend our Nurture offer to an all-day provision in a newly refurbished , purpose built unit comprising, home room, kitchen, senory room, meeting room and toilet facilities. This is situated adjacent to our forest school and new school farm.

We have an exciting opportunity for a TA to join our team and run the Nurture Provision under the guidance and support of the Nurture Manager and Inclusion Manager. Experience  of supporting pupils social, emotional and mental health needs is vital.

Responsibilities will include;  delivering the Nurture and National Curriculum, liaising with parents/carers and class teachers and monitoring and tracking the progress of the Nurture children. 

This position is due to start from September  2020 but for right candidate this could be flexible. Hours are 8:30 to 3:30 Monday to Friday and the position is paid at KR3.
