Are you an outstanding Key Stage 2 teacher looking for an exciting new challenge?

Here at Cranbrook, we are looking for an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher and RE leader to join our fantastic team from either June or September this year. The position is for three days a week (Monday to Wednesday).

This post is being offered as any of the following options. Please clearly indicate at the top of your application form which you are applying for

  • Permanent position from June 2020
  • Permanent position from September 2020
  • Fixed term position for term 6 only (June until July 2020)

We are a small (but ambitious!) Church of England Primary School. Currently graded as a 'Good' school (Ofsted, 2017) we are now continuing our journey of aiming to be outstanding in all that we do. If you are an excellent Key Stage 2 practitioner, with a passion for learning and a desire to succeed, this could be the job for you!

We are looking for a candidate with ‘sparkle’, energy and a passion for providing the best outcomes for pupils, who has;

  • Strong subject knowledge of KS2 and enthusiasm for this important stage in a child's education;
  • A passion for driving up standards and improving outcomes for all pupils;
  • An effective and confident ability to communicate, who is able to work with and support other staff within the phase; 
  • A proven track record of outstanding practice;
  • Motivation to lead RE and singing/ music worship across the school (experience of this desirable but not essential); 
  • High levels of organisation, proactivity and positivity.
