Due to the resignation of the current Headteacher, West Hill Primary Academy is seeking an inspirational and talented candidate to build on the successes that the current post-holder and school have achieved in recent years.

West Hill is a larger than average primary school with a PAN of 72, situated on the Dartford-Bexley border.  Prior to Academy conversion, West Hill was judged as “good” by Ofsted, but this only tells part of the story of an exciting, fun-filled and innovative school.

The pupils, parents, staff and governors of West Hill are seeking someone special.  You must be flexible, interesting, creative, hardworking, sincere and always willing to get stuck in.  You must be an expert of teaching and learning.  You should be able to get on with lots of different types of people and you should also want to personally keep learning more and more every day.

Working in partnership with the CEO of The Galaxy Trust, your mission will be to continue to develop this amazing school – not only to achieve the judgment of “Outstanding” – but also to move “Beyond Outstanding.”  Our children deserve nothing less!
