An empathetic, empowering, inspirational leader who appreciates the benefits of collaboration and who can work as part of a team of outstanding senior leaders within our trust, conveying and instilling their passion to the entire school.

Someone who can easily convey their passion that absolutely every child can succeed and is able to promote an environment where this happens.
Making arrangements for parents to be given regular information about the school curriculum, the progress of their children and other matters affecting the school, so as to promote common understanding of its aims.
