Governance

The Trust has three levels of Governance:

  • Members: Board of 5 Members operating at strategic level.

  • Trustees: Board of 9 Trustees with statutory responsibility for the strategic leadership of the trust.

  • Local Governors: Each school has a local Governing body comprising of 7 Governors with delegated (non-statutory) responsibility for the strategic leadership at school level.
