We asked our pupils and our staff members what qualities they would look for in a new headteacher, this is what they said:

• Know the names and personalities of children in the school.
• Introduce new ideas to the school.
• Hold school meetings during Act of Worship and update the children with new things. 
• Someone who is open with parents.
• Be seen around school and sometimes pop in during lessons.
• Take Act of Worship every week.
