Egerton C of E Primary is located in the rural village of Egerton, a village on the outskirts of Ashford. Egerton has its own village shop, the St James Church, a millennium hall, and some football and cricket pitches. The community runs daily events, including Pilates, Yoga, and Bowls. There’s also a Farmers Market every Friday at the Millennium Hall. 

The location itself has a lovely countryside feel. The open fields and landscape highlights views of the Kentish Weald. The Kent Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is an 11 minute drive away. Here, there is so much to explore, including Beech Court Gardens which is situated in 9 acres of stunning views, and even a Tea Room serving refreshments. Leeds Castle is a 13 minute drive where you could explore the historic castle and its grand estate. 

Egerton is only a 20 minute drive from Ashford, which is home to the Designer Outlet, large supermarkets and the Ashford International Station. The high speed trains run from Ashford to many South Eastern towns and cities, which provide you with plenty of options. The Eurostar can take you from Ashford to Europe, including Paris, Lille and Brussels in less than 2 hours.
