We are looking for an inspirational Headteacher to lead our vision and build on the exceptional work that has already been done, to take St Mary’s onwards to outstanding. You will be able to demonstrate resilience, creativity and passion, and you will be positively supported by governors, staff, pupils and parents, to empower our children to become independent, resilient, lifelong learners.

The St Mary’s family is a wonderful mix of children and parents from many different nationalities and cultures, so as our new Headteacher you will continue to prioritise our caring and inclusive ethos, strongly underpinned by our Christian values. The school has very strong community links, and a close partnership with the St Mary’s Church community, which we expect to be maintained.

St Mary’s is an active member of the Samphire Learning Hub, a 9 school collaborative group, recognised for the positive impact that its projects and joint working have on the member schools.

The school is rated as ‘Good’ both by Ofsted, and in its SIAMs inspection.
