Are you passionate about putting children at the heart of teaching and learning? We are looking for an aspiring or existing Headteacher to join our unique village school and build on the solid foundations the school  has and move this GOOD school to OUTSTANDING.

Due to the current Headteacher retiring the governors of Hollingbourne Primary School are looking to appoint a new enthusiastic Headteacher with the vision to lead our school from the September 2017.

Hollingbourne Primary is a small school at the foot of the North Downs. The school’s rural location provides opportunity for the new Headteacher to continue to encourage the outdoor learning for all pupils. 

You will demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication skills to all stakeholders and the wider community. The school works in collaboration with ARCH partnership of local schools which offer each other support. 

Rest assured you will be strongly supported by dedicated staff who are committed to our children and who in turn have a love of learning. The united and active governing body are committed to ensuring the personal and professional development of the new Head.
