North West Kent Alternative Provision Service is poised at a pivotal point in the advancement of our service and are looking for a new leader who can take us on to the next phase of our development.

Covering the North West Kent area and operating through 7 centres, this role has plenty of scope and opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to truly make a difference to the lives of the children we support.  

Your excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively will be put to good use as our service is supported by key stakeholders, schools and partner organisations.  The Management Committee, staff and stakeholders have a shared vision for the future of our service and look forward to supporting you as together we work towards improved outcomes for our young people.
