We are looking for an exceptional Headteacher for our outstanding school to lead the next phase of our development. Tunstall CE (VA) School is situated in the historic village just outside Sittingbourne. The present building was opened in 2015 and provides a good range of facilities with extensive grounds.

You will need to bring a special blend of experience and demonstrate the skills needed to both maintain our community as well as impressive creative flair to seek and develop new opportunities and enhance our school.

Governors will give preference to candidates whose religious opinions are in accordance with the tenets of the Church of England or who attend religious worship in accordance with those tenets (as set out in Sections 60 and 124AA of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998). A third reference from their church minister will be required for these candidates. Those without religious commitment are also welcome to apply. Governors will discuss this aspect in the interview process.
