Phoenix is a founding member of the CARE Foundation Trust, a family of 10 primary schools, located around the Ashford area. Each having autonomy but benefitting from collaboration at all levels to share best practice, support each other and to strengthen the quality of education for all. The governors are seeking a leader who is open and fully committed to developing and enhancing successful collaborative partnerships.

A strategic approach to assessment is essential to lead the school with a clear focus on high quality teaching and learning that delivers effective curriculum outcomes for pupils. You must know how to develop independent learners with the skills to achieve continually through school life and into adulthood. Our learning culture is integral to our curriculum intent and our fantastic facilities and equipment together with an experienced team make sure this can be implemented and has impact.
