We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to cover maternity leave, you will be working as a 1:1 support with a pupil at King's Farm Primary School.  Graduates are strongly encourage to apply and we would welcome the opportunity for you to join our salaried Schools Direct Programme.  Experience of working with children would be an advantage but is not a necessity as we are keen to appoint the best 'person' for our children. We are committed to providing professional development for all our staff and are delighted to provide the opportunity for our support staff to obtain GCSEs, A Levels and funded teaching degrees while employed at King’s Farm. During the interview process online checks will be completed.

The position will be for 32.5 hours per week over 5 days during term time.

King's Farm Primary School is a larger than average primary school. We are a two-form entry school with our own Nursery, an inclusive ethos and are oversubscribed. We are well resourced and offer excellent professional development opportunities for all staff, including funded degrees for teaching assistants, teacher training for graduate teaching assistants and access to NPQs and many leadership opportunities for teachers.
