This opportunity is for somebody very special - someone who cherishes knowledge, a natural leader who is also a team player, a skilful communicator with the vision and passion to place the children's needs and wellbeing at the heart of everything they do as they serve our Church school.
In December 2015, SIAMS graded us Good but in November 2019, Ofsted graded us as Requires Improvement. The academic year 2020-21 saw the arrival of an interim team for leadership and governance. Together we have made huge strides and the whole school community is fully ambitious to get through Good to Excellent/Outstanding and beyond. To do this, we must find the best person to now lead the school forward….
We recognise this may appear daunting to some, however it also offers an exciting challenge with many positive professional development opportunities. (And for the right candidate moving to Kent, an additional relocation package could be available.)
You will have the chance to put a strong and ambitious vision into action. The dedicated governance team will be keen to promote your vision for the school, to ensure that you are supported and able to work in effective ways.
