Due to the retirement of our current Executive Headteacher we are seeking to appoint an individual who can embrace the vision, values and ethos of each school. With inspiring curriculums and supportive environments, we nurture and motivate children, focusing on the whole child so that they have the best opportunity to reach their goals. We have high aspirations for all our pupils and encourage children to develop skills and attributes to enhance their sense of self, contribute to their community and prepare for life-long learning.

Both schools were judged to be Good (on the cusp of Outstanding) by OFSTED at their last visits in 2018/19.  We are all united in our desire to see both schools move to Outstanding in the near future. There is a strong leadership and teaching teams in the schools, children who love to learn, supportive governors and whole communities who want the best for their children. The schools work closely together and are in a collaboration with other Dover schools.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience of putting children first, seeking the best for every individual child, and designing and presenting a strategic vision for the future of the Federation. You will work collaboratively with our Heads of School, and support the whole school community whilst building on our achievements and moving us to the next level.
