The school is a happy, safe and secure place for our children, staff and visitors and provides “inspiring learning every day” through its broad and creative curriculum and the commitment of all staff to excel. We are a forward looking primary school with a dedicated  team of staff.  We are lucky to have extensive school grounds with playing fields and are very proud of our Forest School which enables children to experience the natural world for themselves.

Staff and Governors have strong aspirations to take our school from Good to Outstanding, and our School Improvement Plan sets clear objectives and outlines strategies to achieve this. Our new Headteacher will be the one who can develop, guide, motivate and work with Staff and Governors as we continue to drive this forward.

Our PSA works tirelessly throughout the year raising funds for additional resources for our children. Events have included quiz nights, Christmas Fayre, Summer Fayre and, for the first time, a “camp out” for children, parents, staff and friends using our school grounds. This was so successful that we hope to run it again.
