Are you an inspirational, ambitious and strategic leader looking for an exciting challenge of leading the two schools in our Federation?

We are looking for an Executive Headteacher who has a track record of school improvement. You will be able to demonstrate proven skills of working with senior leaders, and school teams to build on their current successes. Your clear vision and strategic planning will result in you securing, and sustaining rapid improvement across the Federation.

You will recognise the values of the two schools and sympathise with Newington’s Christian ethos in order to maintain the individual character of each.

The successful candidate will work with a team of staff and be supported by governors who are equally committed to and share the ambition of achieving aspirational outcomes for all the pupils in their care.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are important so you can engage with both school communities, parents, children and staff as well as maintain close links with Newington’s local church.

Are you the person we are seeking who is passionate in joining our school on our journey from Good with our ultimate goal of being Outstanding? If so, we want to hear from you! Visits are warmly welcomed.
