Medway Hub Teaching and Learning Assistant Headteacher

This is a wonderful and exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed leader to lead the development of teaching and learning across our Medway Hub of Schools. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the Medway Hub to share best practice and lead initiatives to help improve the quality of teaching and learning. Elaine Primary is located in Strood, Delce Academy is located in Rochester and Maundene School is located in Chatham.  This is an opportunity to be a part of something big and exciting, and to have an impact on children lives across all three schools!

The role will involve:

  • Creating a shared vision for excellent teaching and learning across our Medway Hub.
  • Leading on Hub wide initiatives to support the development and consistency of teaching and learning.
  • Working directly with teachers and leaders across the Medway Hub to exemplify best practice.

Interested candidates will:

  • Have a record of exceptional teaching across the Primary age range.
  • Proven experience of leading learning in a way that motivates and ignites the passion in others.
  • Be bold, optimistic and tenacious in setting and achieving high standards.
