Come and work at Brunswick House Primary School.

An exciting opportunity is available for a full time, all year round Site Manager to join our school.

The post is for 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, Kent Range 6 (£20,997 - £22,918)

You will work alongside the school leadership team, managing the school building and premises; taking responsibilty for health and safety, site maintenance and security, utilities and contractors. 

You will also be jointly responsible for the annual plan of all site management works, obtaining costings and quotes and quality assuring the results.

You will be familiar with producing risk assessments and ensuring that they comply with relevant legislation. You will manage any additional workers on site, overseeing the efficient completion of any planned maintenance as well as unplanned emergencies. 

We are looking to appoint someone with a range of proven skills and expertise in relevant maintenance and DIY related tasks. Skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrics would serve you well in this post.

We require self-motivated candidates who are able to demonstrate that they are active, versatile, well organised and reliable, with excellent communication skills.

Some duties are physical in nature and include outside working. You should, therefore, be comfortable lifting furniture, equipment and deliveries to statutory limits.
