We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Nursery Practitioner who will not only assist in the day-to-day duties within the Nursery but also have a flexible attitude. Outdoor learning and Children’s choice underpins the Ethos of our Setting.  Duties include all aspects of childcare in the Setting.  The successful candidate will have a good to excellent understanding of the EYFS and apply this to planning and teaching in the moment.  Our focus is on visual observations of children with minimal written observations thus ensuring that most of your time is spent on playing and caring for children.  You should be a driven individual with the confidence to care for children of varied abilities. The successful candidate will be confident, have a self- motivated attitude and show a willingness to help prepare for any activity. The successful candidate must be passionate about learning, hard -working and must adhere to policies and procedures. 

The successful candidate will perform the duties of a Room Supervisor supporting the Deputy Manager in the daily running of the Setting and will assist the Forest School Leader in preparing for Forest School sessions

To be considered for the position, you will need to hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Childcare qualification, have at least 1 year’s experience as a Room leader or Supervisor; be very keen on outdoor learning and Forest School Ethos and have a good knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.

We are a Company looking to start a Forest School in the Kent area. The School will be outdoors all year through in all weather conditions.
