We are currently increasing our office staff, as part of our new Early Years expansion; and are looking for an Admin Assistant for Monday to Friday, 8.30am until 4pm. This will be a front of house position, so we are looking for someone who is kind, and patient. Very good with children (including very young children, as we have a 2 year old class), and very good with staff (who are sometimes quite like children - or worse!). You need to have a good knowledge of microsoft office, but any other programmes we use we will provide you with training for. We need someone who is very organised, and can multi-task.

St Marys School is a friendly and popular C of E Primary School in the St Mary’s ward of Swanley. We have strong links with both the local church, St Mary the Virgin, and the wider community. We have a one form entry across the school, as well as a successful LEA nursery attached, which takes children from the age of 2. Our staff are highly motivated and hard working, setting high standards for the 270 pupils in their care.
