Maternity Cover ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are looking to appoint an administrative assistant to join our busy, friendly school office to cover maternity leave.  The post is for 40 hours a week (8am – 4:30pm), 38 week a year and will be paid at KR5 (£17,869 FTE).

You will be the first point of contact for all parents and visitors to the school, manage attendance and admissions, be responsible for ordering and monitoring stock and supporting the leadership team in the efficient running of the school.

Experience of working in a school office is desirable.

  • Have recent, relevant administrative experience, in a school setting

  • Have a good standard of English, maths and IT skills
  • Have a positive approach, with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and observe data protection regulations
  • Be able to work as part of a team with a good sense of humour
