Adisham Church of England Primary School are looking to recruit an Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is a great opportunity to make a real difference to the children at our school.

27.5 hours per week / 43 paid weeks (term time + 5 weeks holiday)

Pro rata'd salary (27.5hrs @ 43 paid weeks)  will be approximately: £11476 gross

This role is attached to funding and is subject to annual review, therefore offered on a temporary contract

As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you would be working with individuals and small groups of children to provide additional support with reading, writing and mathematics. A knowledge of intervention programmes is an advantage, but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be committed to working in an inclusive framework, working closely with class teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
