We are looking to appoint an Assistant HeadTeacher to join our forward thinking Senior Leadership Team from Easter 2022 (o sooner).

This is a new, exciting and rare opportunity for an existing Assistant HeadTeacher looking for a new challenge or an outstanding SENCO aspiring to Senior Leadership with a proven track record of classroom excellence and leadership. Qualification as a SENCO and experience and training as a Safeguarding Lead is highly desirable.


This is a part time role (3-4days) negotiable with the candidate. The position is an AHT for Inclusion, with responsibilities which may include but not limited to SEN, Pupil Premium, Safeguarding Pastoral/Wellbeing and staff induction/probation.

This is planned as a non-classroom based role but may include, as necessary, leading and delivering interventions or periods of class cover.
