We are looking for an innovative, creative practitioner to join our wonderful school community. The role is to provide cover until the end of the academic year in Lower Key Stage Two.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic about teaching and learning and being the best they can be;
  • Has high expectations for the children they teach;

  • Can demonstrate outstanding, innovative practice

The role is available immediately until 25.07.2022, there is potential for this role to become a full time, class teacher position. We reserve the right to close appoint early for the ideal candidate.

St Margaret's Church of England Junior School is a founding member of the Medway Anglican Schools Trust (MAST). It is situated in Rainham, Kent, close to the town centre in the midst of an established and thriving community. The school is one of the largest Junior schools in Kent and is over subscribed each year. The school has an exciting atmosphere which is created by our staff and pupils, where lively and enquiring minds are nurtured and children are engaged and enthused by our creative curriculum.

Our enthusiastic and inspirational teaching and support staff work creatively with the challenges of education and management and practice innovative and imaginative thinking to provide a stimulating working and learning environment. During their time at St Margaret’s, children will become confident and independent learners equipped with the necessary skills to prepare them as lifelong learners, ‘Engaged, Enthused and Equipped for life’.
