We are seeking to appoint a friendly, flexible, professional person to work as front of house in our small school office.  The working hours will be 8.30 am - 3.30 pm Monday – Friday, term time only.

You will hold a key role in a small school working closely with the Headteacher, Family Liaison Officer and all visitors to our wonderful school to ensure the smooth running of all events.  You will need to be able to work well under pressure and use your own initiative, be well organised and have the ability to prioritise your own workload and work to deadlines.  You will be required to work both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a positive and cheerful attitude.

Experience of Microsoft Word/Excel, SIMS and Bromcom would be an advantage but not essential.  You will be required to undertake Safeguarding and First Aid training. Working to ensure confidentiality at all times is a must in this role together with the ability to be able to deal with a variety of people in a sensitive and diplomatic manner.
