HR Manager – Kent Range 8

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at The Wyvern School.

Working closely with the School Business Manager and HR Officer, your role would be to manage all aspects of Human Resources for the school including recruitment, the appraisal process and staff absence.

You should have significant experience of working within an HR function both from an operational and strategic perspective with experience of managing HR casework including recruitment, absence management and have successful experience of delivering high quality, effective and appropriate HR advice.

Experience of working in an educational setting is vital, and you should be Level 5 CIPD qualified or have the relevant equivalent experience.

The post is 37 hours a week, term time plus one week.
