Teaching Assistant within our wonderful Nursery

KR3 27.05 hours per week 8.45am-3.10pm

We have an exciting opportunity for you!

 

We are looking to recruit an experienced teaching assistant to join our fantastic team.  As passionate Early Year’s practitioners it is essential to us that we appoint an enthusiastic teaching assistant to support all children including those with very specific social and communication needs.  We want every child to be known and valued, able to access learning, develop independence and learn social skills.  You would be working within the Nursery setting with individual children working towards bespoke targets and ensuring skilled interactions and high quality provision.  You will be well supported and receive appropriate training.  

We are looking to appoint a special person who is:

We are a designated National Teaching School and member of the Canterbury Coastal Alliance, working together with 16 local schools to ensure the sharing of expertise and continuing professional development. We are committed to the development of all of our staff and encourage all staff to be reflective practitioners dedicated to improving their own learning.
