We are looking to appoint a talented and creative teacher with the ability to lead Drama, starting in September 2022.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a busy department throughout the curriculum up to GCSE. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring teacher who is ready to step up and provide professional leadership and management in Drama to secure high quality teaching, effective use of resources and improved standards of learning and achievement for all students, but particularly at GCSE.  We are keen to expand to teach A-Level and therefore will need to have a proven track record in academic success and curriculum innovation. This role would suit someone who is eager to develop and promote the Arts outside of the classroom.

The successful candidate will be offered a full programme of support and development in order to continue to progress their career, supported by an Assistant Headteacher.

The main site for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells. However, you may be required to work at other sites connected to TWGSB.
