We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join our 'Good' School (Ofsted October 2021). If you love working with children, are a team player, have endless patience and a sense of humour you could be just the person we are looking for. 

The Role:

  • Working within the midday team to ensure lunchtime runs smoothly for the entire school and in-line with safeguarding policies
  • Supervising the School’s children during their lunch break, both indoors and out
  • Supporting the setting up and organisation of lunch time.

The Person (must be):

The Person we are looking for will be/have

  • Full of ideas to make play-time fun for our children
  • Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work flexibly
  • Committed to caring about children; ensuring that their well-being is prioritised
  • Team player
  • Understand and practice safeguarding policies
  • Understand and practice requirements for food hygiene and dietary and allergy restrictions

 This position is for 6.6 hours over 5 days per week, term time only, for 38 weeks per annum.

Information about the school

Harcourt Primary is a family-orientated, one-form entry school with a private nursery attached. The school is set in extensive grounds with large playing fields, a wild garden and pond.

At Harcourt we pride ourselves in being a small school where the staff, pupils and parents all work together to give the children every opportunity to be the best that they can be. In October 2021 we were visited by OFSTED, who agreed that we are a a Good school with many strengths. Children at Harcourt are polite and well-behaved which allows all of our staff can focus on ensuring all children can learn. As a school we highly inclusive and believe passionately in supporting the whole child. We are extremely proud of our whole school community.
