Harcourt Primary School are looking for a cleaner to join our friendly school.  Duties will include cleaning the whole school, including classrooms and toilets, to a high standard.  Full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will work 2.75 hours per day, 3.15 - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday (13.75 hours per week), on Kent Range 3 Pro Rata of FTE £18,425 (actual pay £6,847 pa).  This is an all year round contract, so working in the school holidays to complete a deep clean is required, actual hours worked during the school holidays are negotiable, and the candidates own holiday entitlement must be taken during the school holidays.  

This is a fixed term contract from January 2022 - December 2022.  

The school reserves the right to close this vacancy early if a suitable candidate is found.

Harcourt Primary is a family-orientated, one-form entry school with a private nursery attached. The school is set in extensive grounds with large playing fields, a wild garden and pond.

At Harcourt we pride ourselves in being a small school where the staff, pupils and parents all work together to give the children every opportunity to be the best that they can be. In October 2021 we were visited by OFSTED, who agreed that we are a a Good school with many strengths. Children at Harcourt are polite and well-behaved which allows all of our staff can focus on ensuring all children can learn. As a school we highly inclusive and believe passionately in supporting the whole child. We are extremely proud of our whole school community.
