ICT SUPPORT OFFICER

Full-time, 35 hours per week

£25,000 gross per annum

We require an enthusiastic, experienced and committed support technician to join the busy ICT team at our 'Outstanding' school. The position is full-time.

You will need excellent customer service skills and be able to relate well to both staff and students. This is a fantastic opportunity to implement and develop your skills within a friendly team.

The post-holder is responsible for first and second-line software and hardware support, installation, configuration and fault finding of all our network related devices.

Experience with Windows Server/Win 10, Office 365, G-Suite administration, wired and wireless networking desirable.

Dartford Grammar School is a selective academy for boys, admitting girls to its sixth form. There are six forms of entry in each year group and all of the students joining the school are from the top 25% of the ability range. The students come from Dartford, neighbouring towns and villages, and nearby London boroughs. The current roll is 1,534 including 618 in the sixth form.
