We are looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to work in our friendly, busy school office from 8/8.30 – 4/4.30pm. This role involves receptionist duties, typing correspondence, coordinating trips/choir events, collating children's school reports, organising clubs, keeping and managing records. It also includes updating and inputting data into the schools management information systems (SIMS). Previous experience would be an advantage with a very good understanding of Word, Excel, Publisher and email.

The ideal applicant would be organised, polite and efficient and able to work on their own initiative. You would also need to work as part of a team, have plenty of positive energy with a love for children. Reacting flexibly to change is a must!
