Facilities Assistants: Kent Range 5 (£19,723 - £20,893)

Hours of Work  21 hours per week, 52 weeks p.a., worked Monday – Friday 5 pm – 10 pm and Saturday & Sundays 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on a shift pattern over a two-week period, to be determined with fellow Facilities Assistant and the Estates Manager. 

We are currently advertising for 2 Facilities Assistants to oversee the out of hours lettings of the school premises for sports and events.  You will provide general security and maintenance of the school site and premises, and will include key holder duties. 

We are looking for a flexible, skilled, Facilities assistant who is hardworking, organised and enjoys a busy varied day. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of working in a school environment.

Your role will be customer facing with our hirers using the school facilities. This will involve preparing rooms that are being hired, meeting new Hirers and showing them the facilities, checking on Lettings throughout their time on site and then clearing up and preparing rooms for the next day.

You will be the kind of person who takes pride in ensuring the school is clean, tidy and a safe environment and wants to provide an outstanding customer service for students, staff and visitors.
