An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant at Woodchurch Primary School. This role is critical to the smooth running of the school.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and on paper. They must be reliable and enjoy all aspects of organisational and administrative work. He/She should be enthusiastic, organised, pro-active and a multi-tasker who is able to provide a wide range of administrative support to the school as a whole.

The ideal candidate will be confident in using a range of admin software including the Google platform and be familiar with or be willing to be trained on the school’s information management system (SIMS).

Due to the scope of the role, the ability to prioritise and remain flexible whilst maintaining excellent service standards is absolutely essential.

Hours: 8:15am-3:30pm

5 days a week (term time only). 

Experience of Office administration or working in a school would be advantageous.

Woodchurch Church of England Primary School has 165 children on roll and is situated in the heart of the Kent countryside in the village of Woodchurch, 6 miles from Ashford and 4 miles from Tenterden.
