We are looking for a highly skilled Personal Assistant (PA) to cover maternity by providing first class administrative support to the Head teacher and Senior Leadership Team at Ashford Oaks Primary School. 

This is an exciting and varied role with no two days the same. You will have a proven track record of excellence in supporting senior leaders, excellent minute taking and organisational skills, a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure. Our current PA is also Clerk to our Governing Body therefore any experience in this area would be preferred but not essential. 

You must be able to prioritise a demanding workload and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are imperative, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team coordinating multiple tasks for a variety of stakeholders.

This post is offered as Kent Range 6, 37 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday. Contract to start 2nd December 2021 until 29th July 2022.
