Are you adaptable and looking to support our pupils aged 2 – 19, with severe, profound or complex needs?

A Lunchtime Supervisor is required to join our friendly and supportive team for 10 hours per week to supervise during the lunch break in the school hall, playground and classrooms.

We have roles based at our site in Loose and our site in Snodland. The hours are 11.30am-1.30pm, Monday to Friday, term time only. We cannot be flexible with the hours.

Successful candidates do not need to have specific work experience but must have a passion for special needs and supporting our pupils. You will benefit from opportunities for further professional development and career progression as we value and support staff in all aspects of school life. The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to inclusive principles and be committed to safeguarding children and young people.

Five Acre Wood is a successful outward looking and expanding District Special School based over sites in and around Maidstone, Kent.

We currently have over 700 pupils on roll aged 2-19 years with profound, severe and complex needs, we are one of the largest special needs schools in the country. We have 420 employees.
