Administrator

We are seeking two full-time Administrators to undertake clerical and administrative tasks to enable the efficient operation of a busy school office. The office is a vibrant, fast-paced environment that is focused on delivering an outstanding service and building great relationships with staff and parents.

Candidates should have: excellent interpersonal attributes, confidence communicating with the general public, able to work using own initiative as well as part of the administrative team, and an understanding of diplomacy with excellent transferrable skills.

Applicants must possess GSCE qualifications A*- C or 4 and above grades in English and Mathematics / NVQ2/ Equivalent or higher and be able to provide original examination certificates prior to the interview. Applicants without the required qualifications will not be shortlisted for interview.

Salary: KR3 £18,425 Full-time equivalent

according to experience and qualifications

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30

Term Time only contract (38 weeks plus KCC holiday entitlement)

Appointment Start Date: January 2022

Information about the school

We are a ‘Good’ school with outstanding opportunities for pupils and staff. In September 2019, we were one of the first schools inspected under the new framework. Whitfield Aspen School is unusual in a national context, in that it is a two/three form entry mainstream primary, with over four hundred pupils, combined with the district special school for one hundred and seventy-two pupils with Profound, Severe and Complex Learning Needs (PSCN). Our school is an extremely cohesive community with an ethos and culture that helps young people to thrive. It has provided extensive training for ALL staff and offers staff a high degree of autonomy which comes along with high expectations and personal responsibility.
